Privacy Policy
bitwave.casino (“we”, “us”, “the site”) is a free-play demonstration site. Every game runs in the provider’s free-play (demo) mode. There is no registration, no account, no wallet, no deposits, no withdrawals and no real-money play. This policy explains what limited data is involved when you use the site and how it is handled.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not ask you to create an account or provide any personal information to browse or play. We do not collect your name, email address, date of birth, or payment details, and we do not process any payments. There is no login for visitors.
2. Information stored in your browser
To make the site useful we store a small amount of data locally in your browser using localStorage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us:
- Saved games — the list of games you mark with the “Save” button.
- Crash demo credits — the play-money balance for our in-house Crash demo game. These credits are not real money and have no value.
You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for bitwave.casino.
3. Cookies
The public site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. A single secure, HTTP-only session cookie is used only for site administrators who sign in to the private admin area — it is never set for ordinary visitors. Third-party game content embedded on the site (see section 4) may set its own cookies within its frame; those are controlled by the relevant third party, not by us.
4. Third-party game content
Games are embedded from a third-party aggregator (Slots Launch) and the original game providers, and are displayed inside an <iframe> loaded from those third parties. When a game loads, your browser communicates directly with the provider’s servers, which may collect technical information (such as your IP address, device and browser data) and set cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties. Please review their policies for details.
5. Server logs
Like most websites, our servers automatically record standard technical information for each request — for example your IP address, browser type and user agent, referring page, and the time of the request. These logs are used only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site (for example to detect abuse) and are retained for a limited period. They are not used to build advertising profiles.
6. Analytics
We do not run our own third-party web-analytics or advertising trackers on the site. If this changes, this policy will be updated to say what is used and why.
7. Links to other sites
The site may contain links to external websites (for example an operator’s real-money site). If you follow such a link, you leave bitwave.casino and any information you provide is governed by that website’s own privacy policy and terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
